Refund Policy

1. Return Period

At Zantyro, you have a total of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product.

This 30-day period includes the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applicable to distance purchases. It is not in addition to this period. Therefore, the customer does not have 30 days + 14 days, but a single period of 30 days maximum from the date of receipt of the order.

For the first 14 days following receipt of the order, the customer may exercise their legal right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. Beyond this 14-day period, and up to and including the 30th day following receipt, Zantyro accepts returns on a commercial basis, subject to compliance with the return conditions set out in this policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, you must send us an explicit request by email to the following address: affanyousaf0786@gmail.com, indicating your order number.

If no request is sent within this 30-day period following receipt of the order, no return will be accepted, except where a legal guarantee applies.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

a) Initial state

Products must be in their original condition, meaning free from any damage, and returned in their original packaging, including all intact labels. Any product showing signs of wear, physical damage, or not returned in its original packaging will not be eligible for return.

b) Items damaged after purchase

Any product damaged as a result of mishandling or improper use will not be eligible for return or refund. Damage attributable to the consumer voids the right of return.

c) Product representation

The photographs, images, and illustrations on this website, including those generated by computer or artificial intelligence, are intended to illustrate the products offered. These visuals are not contractual and cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the delivered product. The actual product may have minor differences (particularly in color, shape, proportions, or finish), without affecting its essential characteristics or its suitability for its intended use. These differences cannot, under any circumstances, constitute a valid reason for return, refund, or order cancellation.

3. Defects or Damaged Items Upon Receipt

Should you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. Specifically, you must contact our customer service department at affanyousaf0786@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. To facilitate the processing of your claim, please include clear photographs of the package and the damaged item.

4. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps. If any step is skipped, Zantyro reserves the right to refuse the return.

a) Make contact

Send an email to affanyousaf0786@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return an item. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

b) Return instructions

After receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions regarding the return process.

After Zantyro validates the return request and provides instructions, the customer has 14 calendar days to ship the returned product. If the product is not shipped within this period, the return request will be considered expired and no refund will be issued, except with the express written agreement of Zantyro.

c) Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a proven product defect. In the latter case, we will ask the buyer to provide photographic or video evidence. If the error or defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, covering the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend choosing a trackable delivery service, as Zantyro cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of items without proper proof of delivery to the address previously provided by our customer service. Deliveries to collection points are not accepted unless explicitly requested by our customer service. In such cases, a collection fee may be charged by our team.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, you will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request. However, Zantyro may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide proof of shipment.

For commercial returns requested between the 15th and 30th day following receipt of the order, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for products that are defective or were damaged upon receipt.

If you would like an exchange for an identical product, please contact us at affanyousaf0786@gmail.com to check the availability of the replacement product.

7. Shipments

7.1 Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Accuracy of delivery information

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

Return of the package

In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address resulting in the inability to deliver and the return of the package, the order may be:

  • reshipped, after payment by the customer of the actual reshipping costs; or

  • refunded, after deduction:

    • initial delivery charges, and

    • return shipping costs charged by the carrier to the company.

No other fees or penalties will be applied.

Seller's lack of liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the customer.

7.2 Change of address after dispatch

Post-shipment address change request

When the product has already been shipped and the customer requests an address change, the seller will forward the request to the carriers where possible.

No guarantee of acceptance by the carrier

The seller does not guarantee that the change of address will be accepted or processed in a timely manner by the carrier.

Limitation of liability

The seller cannot be held liable under any circumstances in the event of:

  • failure to take the modification into account by the carrier,

  • delivery delays,

  • or delivery failure resulting from the initially incorrect address provided by the customer.

In the event of the return of the package due to this reason, the provisions of clause 7.1 "Incorrect or incomplete delivery address" will apply.

8. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the return policy, including:

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products.

  • Personalized or custom-designed items.

These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Clause regarding product availability and potential delays

We make every effort to ensure the availability of our products and to meet the announced delivery times. However, in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage or a delayed restocking from our suppliers, delivery times may be extended.

In this case, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible. This type of delay cannot constitute grounds for early withdrawal, nor give rise to order cancellation or a refund, as long as the reasonable period of 30 days from the date of the order has not been exceeded (in accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code).

Beyond this legal deadline, the customer may request cancellation of their order and a full refund.

10. Digital Articles

Digital items such as software, downloadable files, digital content or any other product delivered electronically are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a technical defect rendering the product unusable.
