Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Shipping Times
Order Processing: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times: Once your order has been shipped, the average delivery time is 5 to 14 business days. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on your location and logistical constraints.
2. Delivery Zones
We deliver our products to the following geographical areas:

3. Delivery Costs
In mainland France, standard delivery costs €3.95. It may be free depending on your order total or as part of specific promotional offers. Eligibility requirements for free delivery are clearly indicated during checkout. Other delivery options may also be available.
For Belgium, the delivery fee is €4.95. Different delivery options may also be available depending on current offers.
For Luxembourg, the delivery fee is €6.95. Other fees or options may apply depending on the customer's choices and current conditions.
Free delivery may also be offered depending on current promotions.
For international deliveries, fees vary depending on the destination country and are also specified before payment confirmation.
4. Order Tracking
Each order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the information needed to track the delivery. You will be notified at every stage, from shipment to delivery.
5. Delivery Delays and Problems

5.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Accuracy of Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
Return of the Package
In the event of an incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant address resulting in the inability to deliver and the return of the package, the order may be:

Reshipped, after payment by the customer of the actual reshipping costs; or

Refunded, after deduction of:

Initial delivery charges, and
-
Return shipping costs charged by the carrier to the company.

No other fees or penalties will be applied.
Seller's Lack of Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
5.2 Change of Address After Shipment
Post-Shipment Address Change Request
When the product has already been shipped and the customer requests an address change, the seller will forward the request to the carriers where possible.
No Guarantee of Acceptance by the Carrier
The seller does not guarantee that the change of address will be accepted or processed in a timely manner by the carrier.
Limitation of Liability
The seller cannot be held liable under any circumstances in the event of:

Failure to take the modification into account by the carrier,

Delivery delays, or
-
Delivery failure resulting from the initially incorrect address provided by the customer.
In the event of the return of the package due to this reason, the provisions of clause 5.1 "Incorrect or incomplete delivery address" will apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or the package appears to be lost, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (or after the estimated delivery date in case of loss). Please ensure you provide the following information:

Order number.

Photos of the packaging and the damaged product (if applicable).
We will do what is necessary to resolve the problem quickly, whether through a replacement or a refund.
7. Clause Regarding Product Availability and Potential Delays
We make every effort to ensure the availability of our products and to meet the announced delivery times. However, in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage or a delayed restocking from our suppliers, delivery times may be extended.
In this case, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as possible. This type of delay cannot constitute grounds for early withdrawal, nor give rise to order cancellation or a refund, as long as the reasonable period of 30 days from the date of the order has not been exceeded (in accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code).
Beyond this legal deadline, the customer may request cancellation of their order and a full refund.
